This photo was taken near our house there. Next to our house was a small wild stream with lotsa green moss and rocks. This was shot on a rainy day which my 5D didn't like to much:S it catched some water near the zoom button which didn't work for some hours but it functions again
I really like to take long exposure pictures of water but i'm able to most of the time in my flat country so i enjoyed this pretty much.
The shutterspeed was 0.6 seconds with an small aperture of f/16. Just take your camera to such place with a tripod and try different exposures to check what you like. Use a small aperture like f/16 or smaller with a low ISO like 100. I also used a polarizer to get rid of unwanted reflections in the water. It also gave a longer exposure which i needed since it was midday.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
