Hey all!
When i browse the nature gallery these days i get a bit pissed off from all the snapshots you see. The whole gallery is filled with people who think photographing in the middle of the day is the best, So they can snap handheld and don't need to carry a tripod around. After they're done they open a photo in photoshop and put up the contrast to +40 so blue becomes dark blue in a great way(for them) and they find it nice too that the overbrighten parts blow up. And when you finnaly find a great looking picture after 3 pages of 120 photo's and just when i want to hit the favorite button, i read it's a screenshot from the great movie planet earth. I start browsing in the nature category again and after 10 pages filled with snapshot portraits (in nature landscape!), Digital photomanipulations (pasted in moons and animals with photoshop)I only found 5 great landscapes with warm lightning good composition good balanced colors and lighting. I know DA is a big community with lotsa of people just posting images, but there so many people here with talent! They don't get found between the thousand of snapshots while they deserve it big time! Like this guy called ~Sesjusz only 700 pageviews but his gallery is filled with great photographs! So that's said Great news tho! I'm going to Norway this summer with my mate I'm very thankfull he asked me to come with him
